Evaluation Services

We bring decades of appraisal experience to each evaluation assignment. These reports are similar to a restricted appraisal report and can be signed by a licensed certified appraiser for an additional fee. They may be used in place of an appraisal for transactions that meet Interagency exemption thresholds, including certain commercial real estate, residential real estate, business loan, and credit union assignments.
