​​Unlike many Evaluation providers, we bring decades of actual appraisal experience to create and ensure each Evaluation report meets or exceeds expectations. Our evaluations are similar to a 'restricted appraisal report' and can be signed by a licensed certified appraiser for an additional fee. Evaluations can be used in place of an Appraisal while adhering to the 2010 Interagency Appraisal and Evaluation Guidelines for transactions meeting exemption thresholds. -$500,000 or less for a commercial real estate ; $400,000 or less for residential real estate; $1,000,000 or less for real estate backed business loans; and for Credit Unions $1,000,000 or less for commercial real estate ensuring thorough, cost-effective solutions tailored to your needs.
